About the Caviary

I am a 25 years old woman, and I live i Aarhus, Denmark. I am breeding satin sheltie and satin coronet. I have had cavies pretty much all my life, since the age of 5. There has been shorter periods of time, where I had no cavies, becasue of the place, that lived, I was not aloud to have any animals.

Eventhough, I have had guineapigs for many years, I did not start breeding them, untill november, 2005.

I generally fancy the longhaired cavies, but I must admit, that I specially have fallen for sheltie and coronet. In the beginning, I only had sheltie, but in the summer of 2006, I got my first coronet.

It is a very small caviary, but I hope it will grow bigger in time :)

My plans for the future is to expaned the caviary to include a couple of more coronets, but because I live in a small apartment, the expansion of the caviary, will not happen, untill the day, I move.

I would love to try and get a couple of Texel and/or Merino sometime in the future.

It is my luck, that it has been made possible for me til make room for a few more cavies in the beginning of 2007 :) But I will only be able to have a few more.
